Once I had decided to travel from Japan to India to undergo hair transplant surgery, I just needed to find the right clinic. I sent a mail out to a group of selected clinics and received several replies back. However, the thing that made Harley’s stand out from the other clinics was the quick response, and Dr. Sumit even called me to answer all my concerns and queries. As a result, I decided to go ahead and have the transplant of ~2500 grafts done at Harley’s in Mumbai.
Everything went very smoothly. The clinic is situated relatively close to the airport so I stayed near there. I arrived on the Saturday night and the clinic sent a driver to pick me up to do the initial consultation and blood tests on Sunday. The driver then picked me up again on Monday and I had the transplant. It was a long day, however, apart from the local anesthetic, there was no pain at all. Although there was a team of around 3-4 people, almost all the work was carried out by Dr. Sumit himself. The clinic was very clean too so no issues at all there. The other staff were very friendly too.
On the final day I visited the clinic to change the bandages, I was also given a file with all the information nicely laid out with an easy to follow schedule of when to take the all the medicines, vitamins and shampoos etc.
So overall it was a very good experience. No negative comments to make. Would recommend this clinic if traveling from overseas.

My experience with Harley's clinic and Dr. Sumit Agrawal has been very good. I was briefed about the procedure and the nurses and technicians helped to make the procedure go smoothly. Dr. Sumit was very patient in explaining about the procedure, so I knew what to expect on the day of the procedure. The whole procedure was conducted by Dr. Sumit. The clinic was spotless clean and the nurses were very careful to be as painless as possible with the injections.
Its been 3 weeks since my hair transplant and it has been a painless transition. The hairline looks natural and the donor area is also masked very well.

If you’re looking for a very good hair transplant, Harley clinic is the place. I flew from the other side of the globe to Mumbai for this and it’s totally worth it. Dr. Sumit Agarwal was extremely supportive and did a fabulous job. His staff is very professional and courteous. Doctor explained each step before and even during the procedure very well. Even when I had questions post procedure after I left India, he made himself available for quick chat. I met with at least 20 hair transplant surgeons before finalizing Harley clinic. I made the right choice. It’s 10 days after the procedure and the hairline looks good and natural.

I can not recommend Dr. Sumit and his dedicated and friendly team strongly enough to anyone looking to procure their services.

Before I arrived in Mumbai , I had tried to coordinate two procedures within my time here. My other procedure ran into a small speedbump which had a direct affect on Dr Sumit’s schedule for me. He was accomodating to say the least. The company driver even picked me up from my hotel to take me to the other surgery, this entailed the driver waiting 45 minutes for me to visit my other clinic. He then drove me for an hour and half to Harley’s clinic where Dr Sumit and the team done my procedure and didn’t not finish until 10pm!!! Dedicated, respectful and professional the list goes on!
